The officially recognized worldwide standard method for determining alpha-amylase activity in grain and flour.
The FN 1000 is a double determiner and therefore enables two measurements to be carried out simultaneously.
Identical results from the double determination provide greater reliability (incorrect weighing, filling, etc. can be ruled out).
Or, if there is an increased rush, two different grains can be measured at the same time (customer A, customer B).
