This year's swiss granum, held last week on November 21, 2023, once again offered an exciting exchange with our customers. The quality conference brings together the Swiss grain, oilseed, and protein crop industries every year. This year's top topic: the potential of new arable crops for human nutrition. Because there's still room to expand the Swissness in popular meat alternative products.
